The quarter starts in Witsand, a renowned flatwater spot in the Breede river estuary with day trips to wave spot Stilbai. Before making a base in Blouberg, Cape Town, renowned for its strong southeaster wind – the ‘Cape Doctor’- and clean waves and home of Red Bull King of the Air.
