Student Orientation and Start of Spring Semester

The northeast monsoon season combined with the dry, sunny area of Ninh Thuan means reliable, steady north, northeast winds accelerate along the coast at this time of year. The team will be based at the My Hoa Lagoon, Phan Rang. A reef creates a protected flat-water spot on the inside with waves on the outside.
