Request for Records

The Request of Records form is to be filled out and submitted to each World Class Academy student’s former academic institution. This form will release the student’s academic file to World Class Academy so that we are able to place them in classes and prepare their transcripts.

Transcript Requests

The Transcript Request Form is to be filled out by World Class Academy students who need to have their academic transcript sent to universities or other institutions. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the admin to process your request.

Scholarship Application

  • World Class Academy is proud to offer scholarships for those participants that need financial help in order to make attendance a reality. Recipients of scholarships will be held to higher standards, which will be outlined in the scholarship contract that must be signed prior to receiving the scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded based off of financial need, character, academics, and athletics in that order. The Director and the World Class Academy Board of Directors will determine all final decisions on scholarships.

    Racial Non-Discriminatory Policy

World Class Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Please fill out the following information as completely as possible. Thank you for applying for our general scholarship fund. Not: anyone applying for a scholarship must have already submitted the Master Application or is in the process of submitting one.
